  Ross and the team at Electric Universe are great. They quoted us a fair price, did good work, and went above-and-beyond to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. For example, we had some trouble with a light fixture (nothing to do with what Ross had done, just a problem with the lightbulbs we'd bought). Ross did everything he could to fix it for us, including making multiple extra trips to our house. He never once made us feel like he was doing us a favor or annoyed that a simple job had become more complicated. He clearly cared about making our chandelier function perfectly, and now it does. His team was always polite, friendly, professional, and obsessive about sweeping up after themselves.

  These guys are great. I've worked with contractors for over 40 yrs and it's unusual to find a fair, courteous, neat, reliable and knowledgable team like Ross and his crew. I recommend them without reservation!

  Ross is a really great guy. Very smart and knows what he is doing very well. Very helpful and understanding and patient. Really thankful for Ross and his great job really nice. I would strongly recommend him again for other people because I was totally satisfied with his work and his time.
