Modern Support Services has a clear vision for their staff and the individuals with disabilities. The best part of this job is witnessing the individual’s gain their independence. They are very supportive to their direct support professionals, giving us all the tools we need to succeed. Modern support services provides a professional environment without being restrictive. All of my needs have been met at this company.

As a current MSS employee, my experience with Modern Support Services can only be defined as eye opening. This company has taught me about the importance of having awareness for people with disabilities. I began working with this company with no experience in this particular field. However, the support coordinators, trainings, and commitment to assist people with disabilities has taught me how to be the best DSP that I can be. I’m very grateful to have met and work with the people that I do. It’s a very humbling experience, and I believe it’d be a good job for anyone who’s willing to have compassion and an open mind.

Not sure about the other 2 who complained here but I have nothing but praises for MSS. They have helped a number of my client access the services that they need. Their staff have been very dependable, and work from the heart. They know how to think outside the box and go the extra mile for their clients. I am an Independent Facilitator for working in the realm of Self-Determination, and I would highly recommend MSS for all my clients.
