Have used them a number of times because previous property owner and current one use them. Always happy with the service. Because of good experience I bought a refrigerator from them. Lady on the phone helped me choose one and it has been a good one.
Technician came out to fix or check several problems with gas stove. He wasted no time, knew what to do, seemed very experienced and knowledgeable.
On the phone Cheska was very capable in setting up appointment and quick to follow up.

My AC unit broke, so Sean and his team worked hard over a weekend to fix it. They did a great job, and were extremely transparent and great communicators. I highly recommend West Coast Chief Repair!

By far the best repair company for both appliances and HVAC. I have a home warranty on many properties and the vast majority of vendors are not only incompetent but dishonest. Unless I can get West Coast Chief Repair, I would rather try to fix it myself. Andrew specifically is a pleasure to deal with in the corporate office as he and the staff are always professional. Even when they are very busy, they always adhere to their schedules and keep customers in the loop as to their timeframes. They are head and shoulders above other companies.
