“Before i even taste the pizza let me start off by telling you that i have not received this good a service in a while. While i was ordering the cashier made sure i was aware of a coupon they have and gave it to me to make sure my order is cheaper, it just happened to apply to exactly what i wanted. That was awesome, saved me 10$. While waiting for my pizza and knots the cashier came up and asked if i wanted a free drink, I politely declined but it is a hot day and that is a very kind gesture. The atmosphere is very nostalgic, and i even like the vibe of being a part of a “batcade” (baseball batting and arcade). Smells like great pizza here too. Service is fast and efficient, delivery is free, i don’t see any downsides, food should be ready any moment and i will continue writing, hopefully they don’t disappoint. The pizza- Cheese pizza was amazing. The char on the bottom was perfect, just thin enough but not too thin. Great sauce and great cheese, one of the better NY style pizzas i’ve had in LA Hawaiian pizza was totally solid, a lil bit too much pineapple for my personal liking but that just comes down to taste, everything was super well cooked and the flavors felt fresh. Garlic knots were okay. Not the best i’ve ever had but not the worse. I would personally avoid them and maybe try a pasta next time.”

“Finally, I got to get my eyes checked by the amazing Dr. Vardanyan! She was so much fun to work with and very thorough with the exam. I had taken 3 pairs of glasses so she can evaluate the conditions; she gave her honest opinion! I realized that my eyes were not as bad as I have been told before! “The airport grab and go kiosks are not supposed to be a place where you may have a memorable experience. But that changed for me today while transiting through Burbank airport. Looking around through very few options at this airport, there was not much. I decided to get a pre-packaged sandwich from Guy’s Sammich Joint, but unfortunately they didn’t have any vegetarian options, so I picked a bag of chips. That’s when I met Carla, who manages and runs the kiosk location. She recommended that I can get a vegetarian pizza at Wolfgang Puck, and even recommended some toppings that are not on their menu. I was appreciative that she made that suggestion even though it may have made me not to buy the chips. While waiting for my next flight I noticed that a young kid was really in a bad mood, throwing tantrums. All eyes were on that kid and his parents, making them more conscious. But then Carla came around with something to eat for that kid. She talked to him affectionately and the kid was suddenly happy and smiling. I saw Carla being so gentle and polite with all the customers. Her demeanor was very professional and very impressionable. Carla is one person in today’s world who we want to see more and more, when people are complaining about everything, and customer service at stores and eateries. She is the change we all went to see. Go, Carla!”
