Let me start off by saying, Jackson the owner of the company was very pleasant to work with! He found me a deal with no money down and seller financing in a matter of few days after we met few years ago. Then he kept mentoring me down the line for few years to keep me up to my feet in the real estate world to manage my property and learn how to move forward and learn more about future deals. He has helped thousands of investors to close their loans very quickly and I was one of them. He is honest, knowledgable and experienced when it comes to how to structure a deal whether to invest in or not. His sources of private money and direct lending are much better for people like me who do not want to wait 2-3 months to close with low interest rates! I have gone through most banks for loans and pre approvals and I can definitely tell you that you will be happy with Chaja company's lending programs. All you have to do is to get on a phone with them and they will walk you through your journey. If you have questions about anything also after they will help you. This isn't one of those companies that they will take your money or close your deal then forget about you. Chaja really cares for its clients and if I could give a 10 star to them here I would. Totally recommended!
