(September 20, 2021, 12:53 am)I had a screw come loose out of my watch bracelet today and came in to have it repaired. I was greeted immediately by Robert Bookatz; very friendly and courteous. He had it fixed and back on my wrist in a couple of minutes; the best part of all is he did not even charge me anything for it. We talked a little about watches and I am looking forward to purchasing my next Rolex from him.
