(August 26, 2018, 5:51 pm)Carola came through for me big time! I called on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery and was given criteria for a certain type of arrangement...without the budget to match. Carola worked with me to come up with something that would work well within my budget. Then came Friday and lo and behold, we needed it delivered THAT DAY rather than Saturday. I called Carola that morning and explained the situation. Not only was she able to get them delivered on time but the arrangement turned out gorgeous! She was super sweet and I will definitely be using her again.
(October 11, 2017, 1:33 am)I have been using Carola's Floral Designs for several major corporate events I manage. The quality and elegance of the floral arrangements have been top notch and the high-touch customer service has earned my praise and repeat business. I plan to use Carola's Floral Designs for our board holiday party again this year, as well as our annual award show at the Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica.
