  Really nice and clean hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly(!) and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is right next to the highway. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel had a highchair for our toddler.
  
  We visited in the off-season so they took the chance to do some construction on property, but they gave us a room facing away from construction since we had a toddler with us. Anyway I wouldn't have minded watching some heavy construction machines from the window! ;-)

  Good, consistent breakfast, cleaning, and staff friendliness. The hot tub and pool is outside. The pool is salt vs chlorine. Very small work out gym. Medium walking distance from the outlet mall and food options

  Hilton Garden Inn was outstanding in accommodating all of us displaced evacuees during the fires recently. They had a great buffet going with delicious food and drinks for all different pallets and meat or no meat options. They offered a large ballroom for evacuees( with cots set up) when they reached maximum capacity. I did find out the rooms all come with a microwave and mini fridge! I thought that was a great touch. They also offered rooms with a one or two king bed option! There was a beautiful outdoor pool and spa. We never got to actually check into our room because we were evacuated and sent down to the Hilton Woodland Hills. It was a great experience, however, room or no room, given the terrible circumstances with the fires. Thank you Hilton garden inn for your support and kindness that you extended not just to us, but to everyone who was there that weekend.

  Had an amazing experience. Customer service was fast and very welcoming. The lobby is beautiful and a perfect place to hangout with friends. Last but not least the rooms are clean, well kept, and equipped with all the utilities that one can ask for. I hope I will be able to visit such an amazing hotel again.

  We stayed in a room on the first floor. The staff was always courteous and welcoming. Both of us were fighting off head colds, so the steady supply of hot teas and fresh water in the lobby was a gift we are grateful for. The room had almost everything we needed. A second luggage stand and some more hooks would be helpful, but not worth whining over. The whirlpool tub had an issue and wouldn't shut off. There wasn't anyone on staff overnight who could fix it, so it ran for over six hours. And even that seems like a one-time thing and not a real problem. In all, I'd say this is a good hotel. My family was able to watch football in the lobby. I was able to nap without hearing the neighboring rooms. There was coffee in the room in k-cup form. We had more towels than we knew what to do with. And even though the room was cold, the air wasn't blowing directly on the bed, so it felt refreshing without being too much. I'd stay here again.
