“Everyone here is so nice! All the nurses are kind & professional, and the staff is very helpful. They’re on a tight schedule and the parking lot gets full fast, so it’s best to arrive early. If you do end up running late, they may have to do fewer areas than scheduled (re laser hair removal), but in my experience if you can let them know your status as early as possible they do what they can to squeeze in as many as they can. My results have been great. Believe them when they say it may take upwards of 8 sessions to really get it all removed, and expect touch ups over time!”

“This place is fantastic, I had a good experience with Ethos Sports and Spine. For months, I've been suffering with pain and numbness along my right arm, as well as neck problems. Arik is knowledgeable, attentive and kind, he gave me physical therapy exercises that have made a significant improvement on my comfort level, my arm feels better :). My only regret is not coming to him sooner. I also have to comment on how wonderful the place is...spacious, clean, and relaxing.”

“Five of us stayed at the Guest House here for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay immensely! The accommodations were excellent with the pool/jacuzzi area in particular being a highlight. The team was incredibly responsive both leading up to and during the stay. The location was great as well, being tucked away peacefully up in the hills but still conveniently close to town and points of interest. I'd highly recommend the Retreat and would stay again in a heartbeat next time I'm in the area!”

“Every time I visit Limitless Karate, my spirits soar….It just happens. I started going to the studio to watch my sister in the Women’s Self Defense class, and now I go to watch the kids have a blast and to support the fight team. Grand Master Mc Grath and Master Russo put their hearts and souls into the studio, and you can feel it in all their classes, belt ceremonies, and inner-school tournaments. I’ve also been to a few of their regional, national, and international tournaments—there’s always something going on, and I’m grateful to be “part of!””
