My mom received warm and loving care for 4 weeks at her home due to her fall breaking her hip. The agency was very thorough and met with us at mom’s rehab facility. Nice to meet face to face. Went over the contract very cut and dry.
The caregiver, Trophie is her name always on time, helpful with her showering, preparing her meals, doing laundry but most importantly taking her on her walks.She encourages her exercises given from the PT. Trophie is very compassionate to mom’s needs. Thanks to her mom has progressed and on her way to being the independent 82 year young lady she is.
