“My first visit to see Dr. Chang was on the 9th of August and from the moment I walked into the office, the staff was excellent! I was greeted with smiles from everyone and a beautiful welcome to the office and given the paperwork to fill out. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions prior to seeing Dr. Chang. The medical assistants that attended to me were all extremely kind and polite and had beautiful attitudes and smiles. They were absolutely delightful. Incomes the incredible Dr. Joyce Chang and I say incredible because that's exactly what I felt. She's very lovely, warm, compassionate with a beautiful smile, great attitude and very receptive to partnering up with me in my medical care decisions. She spent time with me , listened to me and I felt very respected and very important and I knew that she was concerned about meeting all of my medical needs. Dr. Chang did not rush me at all but took the time to listen to me and that was a great feeling! She did not force a protocol on me but understood what I was looking for in a physician. She also understood that my goal was to get off of all medications and she was 100% in favor of that as well. She is a remarkable doctor and I am looking forward to partnering with her to manage my health care for many years to come! Thank you Dr. Chang! “I never write reviews but I was recently at this Urgent Care and their professionalism was awesome. ALL the staff was so caring and gentle but incredibly thorough, like a micro emergency room without all the other sick people. I left there feeling better than I arrived, not just because of the medication, not just because I now knew what was wrong with me and that it wasn't as serious as I was feeling, but mostly i left there feeling better because they were so nice and patient and when you're sick, IT MATTERS.
