(December 4, 2020, 11:52 am)Online appointment system works well. However plan on still waiting I waited 1
1/2 hours after my appointment time.The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor that saw me was very nice and tried to help but I was told if my eye did clear up go to emergency they also won't give work note so if you work for employer where you have to prove you saw a doctor don't bother with this urgent care go to emergency.
(November 11, 2020, 11:08 am)Went in for work drug screening test. Had an issue with paperwork but rather than sending me away they found another solution so that I didn't have to make another trip to get the screening done. They were very fast and knowledgeable.
(October 24, 2020, 7:08 pm)Online appointment is a must, go to their website before heading out to save your place in line and to reduce wait times. It's quick and easy, we got there 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time and we were seen right away. The nurse and doctor that helped us were really nice, and gave a detailed diagnosis. I didn't feel like they were in a hurry, unlike other urgent care facilities. For a Saturday morning, it was pretty empty, but that's not always the case, so dont forget to schedule online or call before you go!
(August 14, 2020, 8:42 pm)Thank you to Dr. Kelby Reyes and the entire staff at Cerritos urgent care!!! Dr Reyes took the time to listen and was accurate on the diagnosis. The gentleman in the front was understanding, caring, and patient. The nurse was very nice, quick & efficient.:)
I was blessed to be seen by this staff at this facility. I would recommend this medpost to my entire family and community.

(July 30, 2020, 2:07 pm)I went to this urgent care for ear problem. staff was excellent. Waited 40 min. as i was walk in. Not bad at all. Doctor was amazing. i got diagnosed correctly and she proscribe me medication. Excellent experience

(562) 865-8750. This place is horrible! Nothing Urgent about their care. After a 3 hour wait in the lobby, I had to make an appointment at another facility. I would highly recommend MedPost Urgent Care of Cerritos. When my primary clinic/physician is unavailable I have been referred to this facility.
