Let me start by saying Luis Morales is a gem! Very understanding and accommodating. Last week my 2017 Grand Cherokee was presenting some issues with the driver door. I made an appointment and while waiting, browsed through the used cars. You know. Why not?? I ended up really liking a 2021 Grade Cherokee, but went my separate ways as I didn't need a new car. Luis called me later and really did his homework and best efforts to let me see my options. I ended up going into the dealership the next day and between the sales advisor and finance, I was able to wall out with a 2021 Grand Cherokee within my price range.

A few years back I had sworn off Cerritos dodge for bad service and sales, but after last week I can say they will be my go to dealership for future purchases.

The true redemption will be service when I take it in for an oil change or service of any kind. Fingers crossed.

I've had such pleasant experiences here. I bought my dream car a 2018 Challenger 392. It had 8 thousand miles CPO and the car was a dream. Unfortunately someone crashed into the car a few months ago. But I figured I'd let everyone know. Nick in finance is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Amad and Maadi as well as Dudley and Trent are also very helpful.
