Despite the AT&T store not carrying the green iPhone 13 mini I was interested in, Jane was able to put in an order for me and have the iPhone delivered at my home the next business day. I was honestly so relieved to know she was able to do this, because I was planning to go on a vacation over the weekend and I needed a new phone before then. “After 12 years of wearing hearing aids with mostly unsatisfactory results I happened upon Dr. Cliff Olson’s YouTube channel and learned that my previous audiologist had not used proper fitting practices. I considered driving to Phoenix, Az and have Dr. Cliff re-fit my recently purchased hearing aids but then I noticed that one of his approved providers was located about a half-hour away from where I live. I made an appointment with Dr. David DeKriek located in nearby Cerritos. On that first visit he was able to readjust the hearing aids using real ear measures. The results were amazing. I was able to hear sounds that I hadn’t heard for years, if ever. I had not experienced the level of service that Dr. DeKriek provided from my previous audiologist at any time in the previous 12 years. Since that first visit I’ve used Dr. DeKriek’s services in sending my devices back to the manufacturer for some warranty work.
