“While on holiday from Australia my partner and I stopped in at the Lazy Dog restaurant in Cerritos. Saying that our waitress went above and beyond would be an understatement. Our servers name was Amber. You could see that the servers were busy but we were never over looked and received exceptional service, Amber was never too busy to stop and calmly and patiently answer questions about the menu and also the history of the restaurant. The knowledge Amber had about the restaurants history was amazing and she was happy to share it all with us when we asked. Amber made sure we were well taken care of without being invasive. Now the food, we asked our server what her recommendations were and she walked us through how to recognise local favourites and suggested the sticky ribs and fried chicken dinner, both meals were great! There was a lot of meat on the ribs and they were flavourful and tender, the pork practically fell off the bone, I can honestly say for food and service I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. 10/10!!! Again Amber was amazing thank you heaps for making our experience great!!!”

“The staff here were amazing in helping me with my tech issue. I appreciate that they give extraordinary level of service even if you aren’t buying anything. Especially Amy the technician, she stayed with me for who knows how long (probably an hour) trying to help me sort out the issue with my phone. I was definitely depressed and awkward to be around (I was just staring at my dead phone), but she tried her best to keep conversation going and explain to me what was happening. Thank you Amy and team!”

My eyebrows are very thin and light so even a small mistake will affect and ruin all the effort of letting them grow out! I decided to try Ziba despite it being $12. OMG... I will never go anywhere else. RUPAL is the best she completely reshaped my eyebrows to just exactly how I wanted them. I've never had my eyebrows this nice... not thick not thin and shape evenly! I even went to grab a cool looking leather backpack from a top shelf and accidentally knocked over a sign and some merchandise, I put it back but someone came to my attention, was really nice, and grabbed me a fresh new backpack which I purchased.
