(October 12, 2021, 3:19 pm)My hood arrived damage and like it said on the box, report it on the delivery paperwork, then take pictures and send it over. Under no circumstances refuse the shipment. Great ok i followed all the rules and now im stuck with a damaged hood when i could have just refused it!!! No one is replying to my emails, messages through instagram or even calls. Stay far away from this company.
Update
After getting in direct contact with seibon they’re customer service was great and everything has been fixed. Great company to work with.
