Everyone who works there is helpful, friendly and encouraging. During my therapy, my therapist was extremely helpful, giving clear instructions and clear explanations of what he was asking me to do and why, and monitoring to make sure I did enough work, but stayed "out of the pain zone." I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Walked into this place and was helped by Caroline at the front desk. Turns out that my doctor turned in the authorization for my knees and not my shoulder. Caroline was on it. Authorization came in within minutes and they did my evaluation and 1st therapy session on my shoulder! It was great! Thank you Caroline! Joann did my actual therapy. She was also very good. Great massage! Took good care of me. I highly recommend this place. It's a bit crowded but it was well worth it. They must treat their employees right because they took care of me perfectly.
