AP Urgent Care - City of Industry

They sent labs tests in that my regular doctor didn’t which determined the cause of my illness after 11 days of being so sick. Another doctor (John) called me and I ended up in the ER the next day because my potassium was too low. They told me which ER to go because they have the same team and would know I was coming. They told me it was the same team. I really appreciated that. The ER promptly started treating me for it. Would highly recommend this place. They were so kind and aggressive with my issue.

I was very happy. It looked like a long wait when I checked in but because I looked to have a broken foot, I was able to get immediate attention as a walk in. It was nice to be prioritized based on case & treatment need. My X-ray was difficult to read and the doctor took the time to have it sent to a radiologist, all while I was there. All in all it took just over an hour for complete service and treatment. I was referred to orthopedic shortly after. I didn’t have to go back to my doctor. I appreciated the one-stop service.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, but parking can be a mess. Once I registered and paid my copay I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. The nursing staff made the experience smooth and the medical staff listened carefully to me explain my symptoms. The lab is next door so it’s convenient. They ordered labs and I also needed a CT scan. They later called me and told me about the results. Very satisfied.

Our experience here was AWESOME. We had a wonderful, very professional, personable, efficient, and effective nurse, Flora. Our little one was exposed to COVID and had to take a test. He is a special needs kid and she was fantastic about his needs and fears. She kept him calm and was SO patient with our little guy. And thankfully he tested negative. We can't speak enough kind words about the staff and especially nurse Flora. We would recommend for anyone to take their loved ones there.

I have been to this place twice in the last two months. The first time experience was not great. Like other reviewers said, the front desk people were rather rude, the middle age lady nurse was making accusations saying my medical condition was not urgent, and threatened to refuse service, the short asian lady doctor also treated me like I was an ignorant child with an unprofessional attitude and without any explanation on my medical condition. The wait was also like more than an hour. So, that was the first time which was rather bad.

Today, I went there for the second time. To be honest, I didn’t have any expectations let alone high ones. I just want to get there and have my antibiotics proscription and be done with it. Surprisingly, the front desk lady was not rude. The tall young Asian lady nurse was really nice and professional. The young male doctor was very patient and kind. He discussed my condition with me, informed me about my antibiotic medication and some home remedies for my condition. He even apologized for the long wait today. Yes, I waited for 2 hours today. He is probably the nicest doctor there in this location.

So today, I am giving this place a 4 stars for my second visit. The Friday team at this location rocks and keep up the good work. Thanks for being kind and patient with your patients. Thanks for the professionalism and respect for your patients.

For my first visit, I will not hesitate to give a 1 star because it was really bad.

Please stop being rude and impatient with your patients. Be more professional, be kind and respectful and I am sure your patients will treat you the same.
