Last year we visited the RCD Pataskala location and the front desk associate was very rude and dismissive and we didn't have a single sales person approach us after asking for one. It was our first time buying a travel trailer, so that put a bad taste in our mouth for this company.

Last week we saw a trailer that we were interested in and realized it was the same company. We expected the same treatment, but it was the complete opposite.

Reception was so friendly and inviting and we had a sales person assigned to us within minutes.

Brendan took us to tour a few models after discussing details of our truck and what would be a good fit. He worked expertly with our weight limits and budget and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

We ended up settling on a 5th wheel, which we've never had experience with. He walked us through every single detail down to what hitch kits were the best. He arranged install on our truck, got us a loaner for the install time, and answered all of my tedious questions.

RCD is very lucky to have Brendan on the team. Not only did he completely flip our expectations of RCD, he exceeding them by so much that when we go to upgrade our current trailer, he'll be the only person we work with.

We had a great experience working with the sales team at RCD. Kyle was very responsive, (patient!!!!) and helpful throughout the entire process. The detailed walk through and explanation given to show how everything works was extremely helpful as well. We appreciate the great service and would recommend them to anyone looking to by a camper or RV.

Just brought home a New Winnebago Solis Pocket. After a lot of research RCD Delaware had the best value. They offered me a fair trade for my truck and travel trailer. Process was easy and hassle free.

Great buying experience at RCD. Walked in a couple weeks ago to check out a few travel trailers listed on their website. Jay (sales rep) took the time to understand my needs and desires and showed me several units without being pushy at all. He took the time and met me at each of the three RCD locations to show units he thought I might like to see (I wanted to see units at all locations in one afternoon due to my distance from the area). I then needed more time to think about what exactly I wanted over the following days and also checked out units at other dealerships. Jay kept in touch and let me know of additional options while I was still thinking, again without being pushy. Other dealerships didn't come close to the level of honest customer service provided by Jay at RCD.
When I finally decided on a model and trim/interior combination I wanted (based entirely on units Jay showed me), the specific combination was unfortunately not available at RCD. Then when I was literally headed to another dealer (reluctantly) who had the combination I wanted, I got a phone call from Jay saying the exact unit I wanted had just come in. He made a point to call me as soon as he knew about it. Needless to say I turned around. It was just meant to be.
The great customer service continued during pick-up and check-out. Being an experienced RVer, I spent extra time doing a thorough checkout. They assisted with everything to ensure my satisfaction. I left feeling very confident and comfortable with the purchase. I don't believe another dealer would have come close to the customer service I received. My experience resulted in getting the exact unit I wanted, at a competitive price, with outstanding customer service from Jay and RCD. I'm very excited to get it on the road! Thanks!

It was a wonderful experience working with Zach, Tim Williams, and the Service Department people. Zach was very helpful all along the way and even with some minor follow up with him! By far the best experience my wife and I have had with us purchasing an RV!
