I just wish they opened more locations, I used to live in San Diego so it wasn't a problem but now I have to drive an hour to the Pomona location, and it's so worth it but I can't get it as often. The ones in San Diego were always crowded, this Pomona one seems less busy. I like every drink from the salted cheese series, and their waffle is pretty good too.”

Day of installation-experienced tech arrived with my rep, and was extremely professional. In and out within 1.5 hrs. You could tell he has been doing this for sometime. “I try to keep my kids away from this place (and sweets) but whenever we stop by for a treat, the staff and service are always great. Today (Thursday) we drove 4 miles to get my 3 girls a Friday morning treat and just as we were exiting the car, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I dug for change in the car and it came to $5.70. Good for 3 glazed donuts, right? But my kids wanted the special Oreo donut. I panicked, asked the girl who was serving us for the price and long story short, they were kind enough to make it happen without causing me any embarrassment. 3 Oreo donuts for the price of 3 original glazed, 1 grateful momma and 3 happy little girls. Thank you ladies for your kindness. PS: my wallet was in the laundry basket. The last thing I touched before getting in the car.”

“This is our first time to try this new tea place. The place is clean, there was no line when we first came but after few minutes there's long line nonstop until we finally left. The taste are pretty unique, the customer service was friendly. Definitely will be back next time we're in the area!
