My experience was great Dr Holstein is in tune with my health needs and addresses them every time I see him.

Overall, it's an excellent place. The doctors and NPs listen and are very generous with their time. They listen to concerns and work with everything you need during the appointment. They will give good referrals, and are pretty good about following up on them.

Only reason for 4 stars: They need improvement on those times you need to call and check in with your doctor. They simply tell you nobody's available and to go straight to urgent care if you're concerned. When you need a 2-3 minute question answered (about something you've already been seen for at this office), wasting potentially hours at urgent care isn't great... Especially during a Pandemic.
