“My experience at the chino hills milestones is AWESOME ;) staff are all welcoming and nice. My daughter comes about 3x/week and the therapists (OT/Jessica & PT/Danielle (Dani)) are both super friendly and honest. I did not find any reason to get upset none of the times I came in for therapy even if the day seemed completely wasted. My daughter is a bit complex but both therapists really try to develop a comfortable environment for my daughter and are always trying to see what other methods can be used to help motivate or stimulate her to keep her pushing. I love how the entire staff are friendly always greeting parents and remembering names and faces of the families. (Monica & Rita (front desk)) are always trying to make sure schedule fits for everybody and calls in advance with any changes. The entire staff are super empathetic and they genuinely want to help the kiddos with the patience you don’t see with some people. It took my daughter almost a full year of wasteful therapy sessions to get used to Dani and Jessica; now she loves them and lets them hold her with way less crying/whining. I chose to stick with milestones in chino hills rather than a company provided by CCS because this place works for my daughter and fits her needs RIGhT NOW. The therapists got to know my daughter, Lena, pretty well since she first came in and I’ll most likely stay until dani or Jessica are replaced here….they are honest which I like about them. They are not trying to sell me on the thought that they could help or that milestones is right for Lena. They will tell me if they feel like Lena can use the help somewhere else or with somebody else more qualified in certain aspects. They are willing to learn with us parents in whatever we learn to help. I never had to wait long and they are usually on time even on the occasions we are late or early. Always greeting so jolly and politely makes my daughter smile ;)”

“Dr. Torres, Dr. Cherish, and the whole team are amazing. The whole team here is welcoming and friendly. I got a gingivectomy done here and I was surprised it was not painful. I also didn't need a shot which was very nice. This office has all the latest technologies to service their patients. There were kids who also got their treatment done while wearing their costumes. I have never seen kids enter a dental office without fear. I definitely trust this office and will come back.”

“K is always helpful and friendly setting up appointments! She is super sweet and I adore her. Dr.Han is incredibly knowledgeable. I started going six years ago. At the time I originally went to clear up my skin, reverse food sensitivities and heal my anxiety. He was able to regulate my menstrual cycle and had started to heal my digestive issues when I ended up with an extruded disc in my lumbar spine. Medical doctors took months to believe that I had terrible back and sciatic pain. If it wasn’t for Dr.Han I probably would have ended up with permanent nerve damage in my leg as that is what the surgeon was concerned about when he expedited my surgery upon consultation. Due to other financial obligations I had to momentarily stop care. But now that I’m back he has in one month made my food sensitivities nearly vanish. My face is nearly clear and I no longer swell and get hives when I eat gluten and nightshades. As for my anxiety, it went from an 11 down to a reasonable 5. With each visit, it lessens, my mind gets sharper as the brain fog lifts, my heart palpitations are calming down and I breathe a bit better. The heavy weight on my chest is nearly nonexistent. On top of that, my eyes appear so much brighter and I assume due to my face finally being able to relax instead of being chronically frozen in worry I look much younger. I have so much energy!!! Walking to the store from the car used to exhaust me! The herbs are incredibly well priced considering the amount I have paid on supplements that were ineffective. The herbs are nearly miraculous, bitter, but miraculous. As far as price goes I feel it is incredibly affordable for the care one receives. Dr.Han and K both make you feel cared for and I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I was searching for a care facility for my mom. She was suffering from dementia, and we could no longer care for her in our home. House of Grace was perfect! It’s located on a quiet, safe street. The house is beautiful inside and out and is very clean and safe for elder care. The managers, Michelle and Rebecca are very polite and knowledgeable about dementia and elder care. They explained patient happiness, safety and care is there number one priority! They are limited to only 6 patients in the house, which I liked a lot better than the bigger care facilities. They both work at the facility and gave me their cellphone numbers to call any time, if there were any problems! They gave me a complete tour of House of Grace, which including meeting the staff and talking to other residents and their families. Everyone there was very happy, which wasn’t like the other residential care facilities I visited. There was no pressure, and they truly wanted what was best for my mom. Their visiting hours are generous, and they will accommodate special request. House of Grace has two locations, both of them are beautiful. So, if you’re looking for a great care facility for your loved one, House of Grace is a great choice!”
