great place my parents live there but they keep raising the rent

We come here every year for their annual community garage sale and we love it. Sadly it seem like this year's community garage sale was a little bit smaller than last year's but it's always a fun event that our family looks forward to. We love it thank you for always holding it

This is an excellent 55 and older establishment. The clubhouse has a workout room below as well as a swimming pool, the office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and work hard to make the common areas enjoyable for everyone. The homes are kept up very nice as well as the yards, and everyone that I have have met is very pleasant and seems pleased to be a part of this community. Access to the freeway some shopping is close, but the environment is quiet with lots of Wildlife, so you would not know you were as close to a main shopping area as you really are.
