Good customer service (other than the one fellow that gave me the foot measuring tool to measure my daughters foot instead of him doing it, but I thought that was funny ????. The store had all the sizes needed for the family even during back to school.
(July 30, 2019, 8:19 pm)All the customer service reps are polite. They ask you do you need help before you need help???? The security guards are polite too. It's a shoe store so nothing I can really review but they got a great selection for cheaper than the mall. The store was clean and organized. Join the WSS reward program to save money.
