Looks like by appointment only ( sounds like you can be late 30 minutes only). You HAVE TO bring WEIGHT IN and WEIGHT OUT TICKETS, or they going to reject the load.”

“From everything that I have researched and read, Senville Aura series is an excellent product. Prior to purchasing the 18000 Aura, I was recommended to find a certified HVAC tech to vacuum the lines to not void my warranty. I purchased the unit directly from Senville and the unit works at its full potential. However the installation was a bit tricky since the instruction manual is not very clear. Keep in mind that they do not supply electrical wires which is not listed on the website or the instruction manual. You kind of just need to assume it. As a consumer of this product for future buyers I would advise you gather the most information possible before making the purchase to not get any surprises once you receive the unit. On the up side the unit is affordable and due the the inverter technology the units are fairly quiet. ”

“Less than a year ago I bought an XL rooftop tent. The straps that go over the cover have become frayed due to the wind while driving. Spoke with Ricardo at Smittybilt and he said he will get them out today and I will have the new ones tomorrow. Very pleased at the easy process. I will update this review after the straps come in. Straps arrived on 8-1-19 (a couple days later). Still very satisfied with customer service. Thank you Ricardo! Highly recommend the entire company!”

“It is a warehouse facility, which receives mostly international shipping items. I have been at this establishment, several years ago, to pick up items that were sent from Europe. Everything arrived well and without defects. Of course, next time, when I will be sending items from Europe to the States, these items might end up here. However, everyone was doing their jobs correctly, and I did not have any problems.”

“We ordered the Rattan Grande set. love the furniture!!! the coffee table was a little slanted but they gave me some tips on how to fix it which worked. i could use some tips on how to clean the white cushions. the quality of the furniture is excellent, holds up well in cold inclement weather, very durable, stylish. and we really like the flexibility of the pieces that allow for multiple configurations on our constantly changing patio. I ordered at the end of season and they had some trouble confirming what was actually in-stock vs. out-of-stock and confirming timeliness of delivery. But they were very accommodating with customer service, although they were not exactly quickly responsive. The quality of the products and the accommodating customer service would absolutely have me ordering more furniture from them in the future !”
