I'll admit I went to the Camp initially for weight loss (I'm down 25lbs in less than a year) but I stayed because I loved the people and the staff. Most gyms are boring and repetitive. The Camp offers variety! Along with accountability and support. This place is fun. Who can say that about going to a gym?

This camp is exactly what I needed. I was able to lose more than 40 pounds in two challenges. I’ve always known what to do to lose weight, eat right exercise, the problem was I always found an excuse why not to go to the gym. With this program did for me was keep me accountable to my goals, and it made me stick to working out four days out of the week. Consistency is key and buy them making me come at least 30 times with each challenge, allowed me to actually drop the weight and not make excuses on why not to go to the gym. I personally recommend going in the morning, for one you get it out of the way and two it makes you think twice about eating bad the rest of the day. I highly recommend this program to everybody Fit, unfit, or are those just wanting a great workout
