Eric is top notch!!...got us into our dream home and we gained a good friend out of it too...he shines when you are looking for a historic home..not a run of the mill agent who just tries to sell you on any home. He is such a wealth of knowledge and always answered our calls and all of the questions we had. I think he was tougher on the home inspection than the home inspector was. He walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood everything we signed.Eric was always available to meet us anytime we wanted to see a home. He was punctual and was usually there to walk the neighborhood before we got there. He always made sure to point out things that you generally are not to focused on when that dream home is tugging on your checkbook. More than several times he pointed out really big deal breakers that we didnt consider that would have been catastrophic had we put in a bid and purchased the home. He was extremely patient and found us the perfect home in the end. I honestly think that The journey would not have been as smooth had we not met Eric.
