“My son has been going to MAI for over 6 years now I think. I think it is a great place for kids to learn self defense, but also where they can learn self confidence and perseverance. Lots of focus is given to what to do in real world situations, from dealing with bullies, not letting people touch them inappropriately, what to do in emergencies. Discipline and expectations are raised as the kids get older and progress, and I think that is a great way for kids to grow and learn. There are adult classes too - and those can be either black belt training or just working out self defense. Mr. Frack's wife also is a certified yoga instructor and has Yoga classes several times a week. MAI has been great for my son, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.”
