I have been a patient of Dr. Leticia for several years and in my past medical experiences, had I ever come across such a caring doctor and staff. She takes ALL my concerns very serious and takes immediate action. I always schedule my appointments and yes, I do wait a REASONABLE amount of time as it is expected every where you go. The staff are wonderful. They make me feel so welcomed every single time I go in. The facility is spotless and clean and what's best, they have their own lab!! I think the negative trolls live under a rock or must think they're priviledged in some way because their statements are absolutely ridiculous!”

“Dr. Shafai was my daughters doctor from new born and through her teenage years. I wish he was still her doctor now as an adult. Wonderful doctor! It was always a pleasure to see him. I wonder if he remembers the time when my daughter was very ill (with scarlet fever) and she needed a shot. She wouldn't let him give her a shot. So she asked us to "wait a minute" and then jetted out the room, ran down the hallway with both her parents, nurse and doctor chasing behind her! Not a good moment for my baby at the time but she got her shot and healed. Now it's just a great and always funny memory! Thank you Dr. Shafai!”
