(November 27, 2018, 3:45 am)I've known about this place for quite some time, but decided to go in today. Customer service was great and I was seated and served pretty quickly. I ordered yamadaya tonkotsu and overall all it was a 7.5 out of 10. The broth was luke warm (could've been a bit hotter.) The broth I recieved was also a bit salty...Salt in seaweed, broth, and egg. If the salt is toned down just a tad and it was hotter, my rating would be 8.5 out of 10.
