“Neighborhood make-your-own poke spot in Diamond Bar. They’re open during covid for walk-ins and you can order takeout ahead of time online. We got 3 scoop bowls and they make for a filling but not heavy lunch. FYI - the spicy tuna is a paste. The house spicy sauce is a good call, and I really liked the variety of toppings (including the corn and the crab meat). The fish tasted a little cold, as though it was just defrosted, but it’s fine. They gave us two small free miso soups which was a pleasant surprise. They do have ice cream macaron sandwiches along with other entree options. They do accept credit cards and no free WiFi. Parking is tight as the lot is pretty small. Currently there’s no dine-in. Overall, it’s a good spot to grab some poke and don’t want to drive too far when you’re in the neighborhood.”

“Interesting place. Many health herbs and tea drinks. We are having a grass jelly tea and couple bowls of black herb jello. This jello is more like a thick black liquid. The grass jelly tea was great. The tea and the jello are the same thing I believe, just that the tea is a juice and jello is thick. Both are great. Looks like you can get acupuncture as well as other health and healing things here.”

I thanked the Chef’s twice for making excellent tasting food. Jinya Tonkotsu Soup taste delicious. Jinya Bun was soft and melts in your mouth. Takoyaki Octopus balls crunchy, chewy delicious goodness! Shrimp wonton Ramen (Chamorro’s this soup taste like Ayu’ Ayu)(To die for!) poke’ rice bowl(healthy goodness)! “Dr. Liao is one of the rare acupuncturists I totally trust. He really spends a lot of time with you as a patient, treating methodically from head to toes. He will start with alignment and he "unwinds" the body, a little bit like magic. He explains every step of the process with great images and metaphors too. Then when he thinks the body is aligned and ready he uses very thin needles, which are totally painless (and I'm a baby, I usually cry when getting acupuncture).”
