We have been managing our own rental properties for years and it has been an hassle dealing with tenants and repairs so we decided to find a property manager. We currently have Commerical and residental properties in Corona, Norwalk, South El Monte, Ontario, Los Angeles, North Hollywood and Rowland Heights so they are pretty spread out and we needed someone that was able to help managing with all of them. Long story short, Chris and others I have met at Vantage are first rate and take care business in a timely and professional manner.
