“This was actually my first purchase for my 6 year old son. I tried purchasing on line but for some reason it wasn’t letting me deliver to my PO Box. So I called the nearest store and this very nice man offered to help me place the order , but I needed to go into the store. Me and my son drive to the store and once in the store this Young man asked if I needed some help. Told him I had just called regarding a Nintendo switch I wanted to purchase online, he automatically knew it was me on the phone and told me my order is on his screen ready for purchase. ???? I told him I had never been to this store Or any game stop store and that it was my sons first console. He welcomed me and My son and made us feel so comfortable, explaining on sales and promotions the store has done times. After our purchase I wanted to shake his hand but for safety purposes due to Covid-19, I was only able to wave and thanked this wonderful young man Ignacio for all his help.
