Karen and her staff always takes the needed time to listen to me and discuss my health concerns. I never feel like they are rushing me through so they can get to their next patient ; my health truly matters to them.

Karen is the best NP I have ever met. She takes her time to actually truly listen to you and she explains everything to you in a way that anyone would be able to understand. She is so honest and kind every visit. She really does care for her patients and is very knowledgeable!! Absolutely love her and the staff!!!

Dr. Smedley is wonderful she always takes her time with you and listens to you. Been going to her for awhile now and I just love her. She is the best NP I have ever seen. She is so kind and thoughtful. She truly is a sweetheart.

She is patient understanding and Incredibly knowledgeable.She will treat you like a person not as a patient number. If she does not know the answer to something or cannot diagnose immediately she will rule things out she’s not quick to just throw an answer and get you out the door. I’ve Referred people to her because she is hands-down one of the best doctors/nurse practitioners I have ever been to. My son’s been going to Her since he was born and her and her staff are so great with him. Her stuff are generally some of the nicest stuff you will come across no matter if they’re behind or anything like that which usually are not they are just calm and collected and patient with you
