(August 19, 2023, 8:26 pm)At the beginning of my loan application i had a very bad experience with Ana Fuentes which took my application and never called me back even after 3 attempts to contact her !! I had given financial partners 1 star only because 0 was not an option !! But then Alex Saldaña made it right and he met all my needs and helped me with what i was originally there to do !! Thanks Alex … and Ana please try to be a bit more curtious with customers and at least return the calls !!
