Giancarlo was an attentive, patient, personable and professional agent. Most of all, I found him trustworthy. I can definitely say that he went "beyond the call of duty" as we had a very complicated and lengthy escrow process. He was very responsive to our questions and kept us in the loop as to what was going on. He juggled well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.
