The balance between challenging, fun, affordable and a rewarding workout is found at Suda Fit. Their warm and friendly staff will guide you through the workouts while keeping them interesting each class. My girlfriend took me there against my will and it only took one exercise for me to realize that I needed to commit and continue going as many days as possible. Seeing my shirt drenched in sweat at the end of each class is very rewarding.
Been a member since 2019 and have always enjoyed every class and the challenges the coaches give you. The staff and members make you feel comfortable no matter your level of experience. No judgement Zone 100%!
This review is long overdue. This place is great. The workouts are as tough as you want them to be. The staff is friendly, they're making all sorts of upgrades. Have been a member here for about 7 months and I absolutely love. it.
So I moved to Bellflower from Long Beach and was looking for a new gym. More of a bootcamp style gym and not your traditional gym. I found SUDA Fitness and fell in love with this gym! I love not having to think of what I need to do because it's all laid out for you when you get there. Coach Karen is awesome! The owner is very helpful and kind as well. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for one! Let's Gooooo 💪🏾
I've been an avid gym goer for 3 years. I lost 70lbs through cardio and planet fitness. I then moved to 24hrs where I got serious about weight lifting. After 3 years of weightlifting, I was getting bored. I wanted to a change of pace and visited as well. I loved it! Although most of the exercises are really light weight, the pace of the workouts keep you going and really get your heart pumping.
I'm now attending here 3x a week and doing weightlifting 2x a week.
