The other company wasn't able to pickup my grand piano, two days before the holiday, as I needed to get the piano moved out immediately this week.The owner was gracious enough to call me back - after hours, after I had Ieft a voicemail - to arrange to pick up the piano the next day. I appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, expediency, and fast support. The price was very competitve as well. Paco's were wonderful. They moved my dad's beloved Yamaha upright from West Hills CA to Portland Oregon. It was delivered in perfect condition faster than expected and the fee was extremely fair. They were polite and professional... Absolutely first class!
