My girlfriend and I were blessed with great service by Karen Yose. We were pretty hangry and not in the best mood but Karen understood us and was really sweet. She helped lighten our mood and provided excellent service. She basically did her job but she did it with grace and compassion. Not to mention the food was delicious. Better then Olive Garden.
The spaghetti is super delicious here. I think better than olive garden. The prices is reasonable also. I recommend
I was there 4/13 & the service was super waited (man never asked his name) he was super fun and attentive to us. It was our 1st time there food was delish 😋 but mostly our waiter made it so much fun love 💘love ❤ him n the food our new place for dinner w our family 👪
Okay, so the food is absolutely delicious but that is not what I am here to talk about today.
Today, I'm going to express my sincere appreciation and respect for the phrase "above and beyond"!
Now, my family has been eating here for a long time and we RARELY have issues with incorrect orders or dissatisfaction in regards to quality. Today, however, we had one and, well, mistakes happen right?
I had a special request for our pizza and it was not made correctly so I called and explained the issue. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of 'Sam'.
Sam was absolutely AMAZING with his sincerity and made it clear that I was going to be taken care of. Now, I'm not saying this because he replaced my order, this is par for the course when mistakes are made. I am saying this because he truly cared about making sure I was satisfied and taken care of. The genuine care for correcting the mistake is magnificent!
On that note, I will say, it's not about the mistake, it's about how the mistake is handled.
