Had the best experience. The staff was awesome from the time u called earlier in the day. Katlin took my call and immediately helped me get my knitting machine. I had went to thw Michael's in Whittier and was so disappointed in my purchase. Nothing was in knitting box on my 2 out of 10 pieces. The Downey Michael's was awesome. Aurora and audrey ( I apologize if not correct) she was a mgr. Thank you to all everyone that made my purchase awesome. Defiantly going back.

During the holidays it get a lil crazy but staff here are always friendly and take the time to help. Great store. Great staff. My favorite Michales.
