Josie and her team went above and beyond! I was happy that she was one call away at all times and was very thorough in explaining to me where we were in the process. She's extremely knowledgeable and is passionate in what she does. I've heard of stories where purchasing a home can be stressful BUT because I had her as my realtor, I could not relate. My husband and I just bought our first home and we owe it all to Josie and her amazing team. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know what to expect. Josie is so amazing! We landed upon a brand new home that fell out of escrow.
