It was a good thing I discovered Titan Steam Cleaning! VERY Quick response time, easy scheduling, fast and excellent work. Jonathan did a great job of getting my carpets, rug, and couches/upholstery cleaned. Had a coffee stained couch and though he was upfront stating they probably couldn't get the entire stain out and guess what, he did about 95-100% cleaned, and it looks brand new!!! WOW!!!! I am so pleased with the job well done and the great customer service. They were quick and efficient. Professional, prompt, courteous, everything you want in a company. The owner was was a pleasure to talk with. Jonathan truly puts himself on the customers side in making service decisions. Thank you soooo much Titan Steam Cleaning. My Aunt needed to get the carpets done and tile grout cleaned for her house so I called up Jay to arrange a time. He is a great guy to deal with, very understanding, prompt, reasonable and his quality of work speaks for itself. His knowledge and skill is astounding.
