Happy dance! My blood pressure is today 122/72 from 180/105, 245/115 (dr office read). In 1 month of taking Arjunic, Triphala faithfully and eating balanced foods. My body feels much better too. Finding Ayurveda is my best life discovery. My RX Dr gave me lisinopril 'had like a heartattack'! Being monitored at his office with his 2 MIN testing IS NOT ETHICAL, as every where 5 mins wait is the rule. Was going to resign and go back on maybe 3 RX and Ayurveda, this staff also gave me the freedom mentally 'to understand what is right' and believe. I am forever grateful.
