It's a SAFE place to live.
Tchia came to HOV & Breathed new life into the place. She goes ABOVE & BEYOND her duties.

I love it here no problems its quiet and serene. Laundry onsite plenty of parking the manager handles problems in a very fast and efficient manner. I've lived here 3 years without one complaint.
