  I rented a mini van.
  As I was brought the van, it was not very clean inside. Immediately, the guy helping me drove it away to do cleaning. When the cleaning was done, I got into it and left Enterprise. While I was filling up the tank in gasoline station, the left side sliding door was stuck. I could not but take it back. As I got there and told them the problem. They said nothing but brought me another same other van. The second van's tank was full. The guy helping me also changed the paper work that the tank of the second van was empty. It meant that I didn't have to fill the tank to a certain level. (The first van's tank was a quarter. I supposed to fill the tank to a quarter, too.)
  The counter service was friendly.

  Very professional. Employees are very helpful. Quick pick up & the rental is brand new, perfect condition. I'm very happy.

  Making a reservation on the website was fast and simple.
  I got a great car for the price of a smaller one, since they didn't have the car I had reserved at the time of pick up.
  However, they took too long to pick me up when I needed a ride to the rental office. And when I returned the car, the person who helped me didn't offer me a ride back home. How was I supposed to go back? Catch Uber? After paying $389 for a weekend rental, you would expect to get a better treatment.

  This is a very good rental location. The staff was friendly and efficient. My rental was new. One of my pet peeves over the years with car rental companies is car cleanliness. My rental from this Enterprise was spotless, I loved it. Check in/out was a breeze. Overall it was a great experience.
