PROLAB Digital Imaging

I took a photo of our beach and had it enlarged to 60“ x 30“. Was able to speak with someone on the phone to give me insights as to what would make my photo look best. I paid more than I wanted to but the results were fantastic. They delivered on their promises. I guess you get what you pay for

My experience was very good. Everyone at pro lab was very friendly and also very helpful in answering all my questions. They gave a very warm and helpful feeling when walking into their location off 104th street. They gave me a tour and took time out to help me figure out exactly what i was looking for. My husband is an artist and recently had several pieces printed by Prolab. Their work is outstanding in every regard. And their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. When we had trouble figuring out how to print the pieces so as to retain their depth and richness of color, Joe came to our loft downtown to help, and then personally oversaw the job to make sure the colors were perfect. (And, while he was at our place, Joe prayed for and managed to heal my injured knee, curing what has been a painful 2-month ordeal in a matter of minutes! It was a truly miraculous experience. Now, I walk!) As for Prolab's mastery with printing, the finished pieces are beautiful, vibrant, crystal clear, and with a depth that gives the illusion they are sculptural rather than two-dimensional. They were printed on aluminum with French cleats, a terrific look. At a big art show this past weekend, everyone raved about them. We are grateful to Prolab and Joe for all their gifts, and would recommend them to anyone--and especially artists who want real care taken with their artwork.
