Had a great experience here! Dr. Ho was very informative about the procedure (had to get a tooth extracted), and the assistants were very friendly and explained after care procedures thoroughly. The office itself is very clean and modern. I also appreciated that Dr. Ho sent a check-in text in the evening to see how I was doing after oral surgery.

Lovely experience for a first time consultation. Friendly staff, new offices (clean, soothing colors and smells good, not antiseptic!) Doctor Cheung gave me the time and attention I needed, after having awful experiences elsewhere. I especially appreciated the quick, easy 360 degree x-ray, with music playing during the experience to allay my anxiety. I recommend them!

I was experiencing a major toothache and had to have an emergency wisdom teeth removal. I was referred to Dr. Victor Ho by my dentist (Serenity Dental). Thankfully he was able to take me in the same day. Upon arrival the office was very new and clean. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. The consultation with Dr. Ho was informative and the procedure only lasted maybe 30 minutes! Both the staff and Dr. Ho checked up on me after the surgery. It’s been about a month since my visit and the healing process has been great. Overall an amazing experience on a rather terrible day. Thank you Dr. Ho and SCOMSA!

I took my mom here for a dental extraction. She was nervous but the staff really helped her feel at ease. The assistant named Veronica was very friendly and made sure she was comfortable. The doctor was gentle and experienced. Overall a pleasant experience for something that my mom was really dreading.

We were referred by another provider to this office for teeth extraction. The location is quiet and clean. Scheduling an appointment was fairly easy, but they were booked pretty far out. Their preferred communication is text. I called the office a few times and got a text saying "office is closed, feel free to send us a text", which was fine. We had an issue with our insurance coverage and it was explained clearly via text. Ana was very professional and did what she could to assist with coverage for the initial consult and x-ray fees. The staff, everyone from the front desk to the back office MAs, were very nice, and knew Spanish and could talk my mom through the procedure and future plan. Dr. Ho was very diligent and someone was there to translate his instructions. As her son, I facilitated all the administrative tasks that my mom couldn't. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The procedure was a good 20 minutes and got all our questions answered by the surgery assistant before we left. Her name was Veronica. My mother was happy that the pain from her left face was finally gone. We might be returning very soon to extract another tooth since it's causing some discomfort. Great staff. Great doctor. Great location.
