Danny and Nubian at the El Segundo location have been absolutely wonderful to work with! I got a total of nine suits for me and my groomsmen and it was a top notch experience! I invited my fiancée along for the group fitting and it was a ton of fun! She even made the comment that her and her bridesmaids didn’t get together like we did for our suit measurements. I worked with Nick (the owner) to prepare for my wedding. The entire process was wonderful. Nick actually recommended I tailor my existing favorite suit instead of getting a new one! I used my suit money to instead buy 5 made-to-measure dress shirts (one for my wedding, four for everyday wear to work).

I can't emphasize enough how professional and customer friendly my experience was. Nick wasn't trying to squeeze every dollar out of me. He focused on giving me good advice and identifying my needs.

Now that I've received my first shirt, I can confirm the quality exceeds my expectations. I expected $125 would get me a lot for my money, but even then I underestimated. The result is spectacular and fits like a dream. Everyone deserves shirts that fit and feel this good.

Great experience with my first custom suit - The Grotto was the only place able to get it done in time, they were professional and fun to work with, and (most importantly) the final product turned out great. Will definitely visit again for my next one, I already have my eye on a few in the showroom.
