I was always skeptical of acupuncture and never really understood how needles can relieve pain or help a person. After trying it with Mike Nam of Oasis Acupuncture I am now a believer that this works. I probably shouldn't have questioned something that's been used for hundreds of years.
I went in for some lower back pain from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I also had a hard time sleeping. Mike worked his magic and I currently have no back pain and I sleep through out the night... its pretty amazing. I was surprised how pain less the needles are and no discomfort at all.
I highly recommend going to Oasis Acupuncture for pain management or if you want to experience it for your first time.
