  I've been living in Avella Apartment Homes for over 6 years; I was one of the first tenants who rented an apartment here. I've seen many office staffs and managers here, but David is different. He is really nice and respectful, gives people who come to the office a warm welcome, and shows his willingness to help them. I'm not the only person who says this; I know the other neighbors have the same feeling about him. He helped me a lot, and I saw him many times while he was helping other neighbors. He is perfect for a management job, and I know he can handle it. I hope one day when I walk to the office, I get this good news that David is our manager and will not move anywhere else.

  Outstanding! David helps 100% with all needs. His courtesy and attention to details were greatly appreciated!! I recently moved and had his Total assistance when ever needed!! I want to see him advance rapidly to manager ! as he has excellent customer service and knowledge of all details! Thank You Very much David!! You are Great!! Also Tim ,one of the maintenance staff, was exceptional too with All details of maintenance and cleaning! I hope these Wonderful employees l get Special recognition!

  I am so happy that Karim Bustami is our new assistant manager …. he is super nice ! & has excellent customer service. He is so considerate, patient, and sympathetic to his residents. I greatly appreciate his service to always making sure his residents are feeling comfortable and at ease. We definitely need more people like Karim in this company. Thank you Karim !!!!

  Good location. It is easy to get in 3 highwaies. The Great Park is closed
  to it. There is another hiking trail near it, that is very beautiful even you can get it by walking not to driving.

  We are moving across the country to Irvine in a little over a month, and found a great listing at Avella earlier this week that we knew would be perfect for us. Melissa at in the leasing office set up a virtual tour for us, met us on FaceTime, and gave us a thorough tour of the home and showed us around the community. She was so wonderful, and even gave a great impression by staying masked the entire tour, which helped us feel more confident that Avella is a safe community to move into during this pandemic. In 24 hours, Melissa had our application approved. What a smooth, effortless process! All thanks to Melissa being so open to help us and being so prompt with communication. We are relieved to have a great place waiting for us when we drive out to California next month! Thank you again!

  Pump, pump, pump oh cheap gasoline. Its cheap but the detergent additive is honestly good for my engine. It keeps my truck's potential performance without holding it back or withdrawing. I get very good mileage and the exhaust smells great honestly. Employees are very helpful and lines are always well maintained. Cool spit to pump gasoline.
